Order Processing and Shipping
Domestic – Orders should be received within 7-10 days from the day your payment clears*

International – Orders should be received within 2-3 weeks from the day your payment clears*. Time varies on the distance of your country as well as if your package gets delayed in customs.

All orders are shipped Monday – Friday via the United States Postal Service.

DaniShay.com is not responsible for any items that get lost or damaged during transit. Shipping insurance may always be purchased at an additional fee to protect your new gear. Please email Gear@DaniShay.com for this option prior to making your purchase.

*Please note that some payment types (ie: prepaid gift cards) take up to 48 hours to clear; e-checks take 5-7 days.

International Orders
DaniShay.com happily ships all over the world! Please expect an email from Gear@DaniShay.com to confirm your purchase and address. Your order cannot be shipped until this has been confirmed. This is to protect both the buyer and the seller.

Returns and Refunds
It is our goal to make sure all Superheroes are happy with their gear. If you have any problems, please email Gear@DaniShay.com immediately. You may return any unused, undamaged items, at your expense, within 7 days of receipt of delivery.

FUNderwear may not be returned given the nature of the product.

All Clearance and FUNderwear sales are final.
